This is a sample page. It is different from a blog post because it stays in one place and is displayed in your site’s navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential Web site visitors. It could say something like this:
Hello there! By day I am a bicycle courier, by night aspiring actor, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack and I love piña coladas. (And getting caught in the rain).
…or something like that:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971 and has been providing high-quality doohickeys to the public ever since. XYZ is based in Gotham City, employs more than 2,000 people and does all kinds of great things for the Gotham community.
As a new WordPress user, you need to go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages for your content. Have fun!
